Private repositories, deployment processes and internal hosting configurations remain managed by Made by Cooki.
Moving host
Moving while staying managed
You can request a move to another compatible hosting provider. I can perform the migration, retain the private source code and continue managing updates and deployments.
You would pay the provider's hosting costs directly and continue paying an agreed Made by Cooki management and support fee. A migration charge may apply.
Ending the service
Leaving Made by Cooki completely
Your domain, supplied assets and eligible website data will be returned, transferred or exported. Payment integrations will be disconnected safely where necessary.
The managed website will then be taken offline. Source code and reusable Made by Cooki systems are not included unless a separate independent handover is specifically quoted and agreed.

Made by Cooki started from a love of building useful websites and turning creative ideas into something real. I especially enjoy working with artists and online creators because every project has its own personality, style and community behind it.

You retain ownership of your domain, artwork, photographs, writing, branding, logos, payment accounts and other material you supply. Your customer and commission data also remains yours.

The low setup prices are possible because each package is provided as an ongoing managed website service. Shared systems and reusable code also allow me to maintain, secure and improve client websites efficiently.

Yes. Your admin panel can allow you to upload artwork, edit descriptions, change prices, update availability and manage other approved content. Admin access does not provide access to the underlying source code.

Yes, provided the new provider is compatible with the website. I can handle the migration and continue managing the website, source code, updates and deployments under an agreed support plan. A migration fee and third-party hosting costs may apply.

Yes. After your minimum commitment and required notice, your domain, supplied assets and eligible website data can be returned, transferred or exported. The managed website will be taken offline because source code is not included with standard packages.

Source-code handover is not included with standard packages. An independent handover or long-term deployment licence may be considered for some projects through a separate custom quote, but availability is not guaranteed.

Payment integration is available with Full Batch and selected custom projects. Stripe, PayPal or another supported payment account will normally be created and owned by you. Provider fees, refunds, disputes and transaction costs are separate from Made by Cooki pricing.

Your first successful referral earns a refund or account credit equal to your setup fee, up to £100. Each additional successful referral earns one free month of hosting, up to 12 free months.

Most communication can take place through Discord. I will share progress previews, request feedback and keep you updated as the website is designed, built and prepared for launch.
